If there’s a situation where something’s not right and you want to break the deal with us, we understand. We’ll try our best to end things with no confusion and a sense of closure. Here’s our updated policy that tells you about the applicable refunds on cancellation post the booking payment period.

Booking: 10% of your quote value is taken as a token amount to book Matrix Interior’s services.

Design in progress: This stage refers to the active design stage where you and your designer will finalise all the designs of your home. Before the agreement or work order raised, any product in the quotation can be replaced or removed. Should you choose to cancel the project at this point, you will receive no refund post 48 hours of making the booking. This fee will go towards your designer’s time and effort in making the initial pitch and quotations. 

Phase 1: This stage is after agreement signed, & all your materials are about to deliver. At this point, Matrix Interior cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items.

Phase 2: This stage is after your products structure have been prepared and/or your products have been sourced and are ready for installation. At this point, Matrix Interior cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items, and the customer should honour the payment of the outstanding Quotation Value.

Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode provided at the time of booking and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Note: At Matrix Interior, we wish to see every order succeed. However, since we too depend on other stakeholders (such as manufacturers, raw material providers, accessory suppliers), there are times when we need to make changes to our prices and material offerings. In such situations, we owe it to our customers to be fair and transparent, also allowing them to cancel their order if the situation demands. In that case, 100% refund will be initiated.
